Chairobics is a seated session perfect for those not too good on their feet for long durations of exercise. A fun effective combination of movements designed to take joints through a full range of movement, to increase mobility and raise heart rate gradually to improve cardiovascular health. We use equipment such as stretchy bands and light weights to gain strength and tone.

Spin-N-Abs is a fantastic 30 minute cycle ride using great tunes to inspire and motivate you to achieve a fat burning, fitness enhancing workout followed by 30 minutes of varied mat based exercises focused on strengthening and flattening the abdominal muscles... Circuit training is an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. The circuit training comprises 10 to 15 strength exercise stations that are completed one exercise after another. Each exercise is performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving on to the next exercise. The exercises within each circuit are separated by a short rest period, and each circuit is separated by a longer rest period.
